Being around since 1987, a lot has happened...

1987

Micad founded and pioneered web-based property management systems with IPR, integrating space data, CAD drawings, and a terrier database, serving healthcare and universities.

2000s

Expanded into other industries, including corporate and government sectors, and introduced specialised modules, including Asbestos Management, Appraisal Management, and Room Utilisation.

2010s

Entered the Facilities Management (FM) market, developing a system combining maintenance and space management.

2014

Micad undergoes management buy out - a deal backed by Young Associates.

2015

Micad bolsters audit software by acquiring PMS, a cleaning audit software provider.

2017

Micad acquire Integrated Handheld Solutions Ltd to enhance existing Micad Facilities Management Helpdesk solution. 

2019

Micad acquired Zetasafe, a compliance management software provider.

2023

Micad expand global footprint. We now have have regional support teams in the USA, Australia and New Zealand

2024

Launched Micad Pro, consolidating space, assets, resources, and compliance management.
