How Micad Soft FM Works

The new Micad Soft FM application is designed to manage non-maintenance activities, including portering, catering, and logistics, using a simple request portal for users to log activity type, location, priority, and specific requirements.

Requests are managed through a configurable Helpdesk that allows tasks to be allocated via the Soft FM mobile app, where team members can easily track, pause, and update activities.

Once a task is completed, its status is updated in real time in the Soft FM service desk, providing clear visibility across the system.
