NHS Property Services Celebrate Micad Award

NHS Property Services North Region celebrate winning the Micad Award for the most efficient use of the Maintenance HelpDesk system.

Colin Jarvis, Service Delivery Manager at NHS Property Services, said: “The Micad system has helped us to manage our properties in a proactive way, allowing us to plan and carry out our PPM accurately to ensure we maintain the highest possible level of statutory compliance, as well as allowing the team to react effectively to breakdowns. The system also assists us in planning and executing our estates strategy.”
